What types of events is NOWEAR for?+
NOWEAR works for any event where outfits matter: weddings, communions, christenings, engagements, graduations, baby showers, confirmations, birthdays, galas, award ceremonies, red carpets, premieres, corporate events with dress code, company dinners, institutional protocol events, fashion showrooms, VIP client events, private fashion shows, dress code restaurants and much more.
What if a guest decides to wear a look that is already registered?+
When there is a conflict, NOWEAR notifies all three parties: the second guest sees the block on screen, the first registered guest receives an email informing her that someone tried to register her same look, and the organiser is also notified. If the second guest still decides to wear that look, she does so knowing that both the organiser and the first guest already know what happened. If she shows up at the event in that same look, it will not be a surprise to anyone, and it will be clear it was a conscious decision. The responsibility is entirely hers. To minimise this as much as possible, the Premium plan includes automatic reminders: upload your guest list in Excel or CSV, NOWEAR detects who is missing and acts before the day of the event.
Who can see the registered looks?+
Only the event organiser has access to the registered looks. Guests cannot see each other's looks: no guest can see what another guest is wearing. When you register your outfit, only the person who created the event can see it.
How do I make sure all my guests register their look?+
The system only detects conflicts between registered looks, so it is important that everyone participates. To help you, the Premium plan includes automatic reminders: upload your guest list in Excel or CSV, NOWEAR detects who is missing, sends an automatic email to those who have an email in your list and generates a ready-to-copy WhatsApp message for the rest. No chasing anyone. That said, the final decision always rests with each person. Registering your look is a matter of consideration towards the person organising the event, who has invested time and money to avoid those awkward moments.
How do I prevent two guests from wearing the same dress at my wedding or event?+
Create your event on nowear.es, share the link with your guests and let the system do the work. Each guest registers their brand, model and color. If someone tries to register an already-taken look, they get an instant alert. No awkward conversations, no drama, no surprises on the day.
Do my guests need to sign up or download an app?+
No. Your guests access directly through the link you send them via WhatsApp, email or your wedding website. No account needed, no app to download. Just the link.
What happens if two guests want to wear the same look?+
The system detects the conflict instantly and blocks the registration with an on-screen alert. When there is doubt, it requests additional information to confirm it. All three parties are kept informed: the second guest, the first and the host.
Can I block my own look as the organizer?+
Yes. When creating your event you can register your own look so no guest can register the same one. You can also block specific colors: white for the bride, bridesmaids color, or any color you want to reserve.
What is a look pre-reservation?+
It means you've seen a look but haven't bought it yet. No one else can register that same look while your pre-reservation is active. You can have up to 3 active pre-reservations at once.
Does it work for corporate events, galas or institutional protocol?+
Yes. NOWEAR has specific solutions for businesses and institutions: custom form with your brand image, recurring packages by season or volume, multi-organizer for team management, and dedicated support. Write to us at support@nowear.es for a custom proposal.
How does payment work?+
For individuals it's a one-time payment per event from €9. No subscriptions or surprises. We accept card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. For businesses we offer custom packages. Write to us at support@nowear.es.
How much does it cost to coordinate guest looks at my wedding or event?+
NOWEAR starts from 9€ per event, a one-time payment with no subscriptions. Basic plan (9€) opens registration 1 month before, Standard (19€) 3 months before, and Premium (29€) with no time limit and customization included.
Can I use NOWEAR for a communion, christening, graduation or any other event?+
Yes, absolutely. NOWEAR is designed for any event where outfits matter: weddings, communions, christenings, graduations, engagements, baby showers, confirmations, birthdays, galas, award ceremonies, corporate events and much more.
How do I share the NOWEAR link with my guests?+
Once you create your event on nowear.es, you get a unique link. Share it via WhatsApp, your wedding website, email or digital invitations. Guests access directly without signing up or downloading anything.
Can I register a look with vintage or discontinued items?+
Yes. When registering your look, you will find the option "This is a vintage or discontinued item". If you check it, you do not need to add a reference or link. In that case, a photo is required so the organiser can check there is no conflict with another registered look. The more details you add in the description, the better.
